Magdalena Waz is a Polish-American writer from Kraków. Her writing explores place and memory, with a particular interest in the immigrant experience.
She holds an MA in Creative Writing from Miami University in Ohio. Her fiction and prose have appeared in New South, The Collagist, Necessary Fiction, and Threadcount.
Alongside her literary work, she has produced short films and co-created the web series My Astronaut.
